ENUM directory

ARMINCO promised to be on the bleeding edge of the technologies and we kept our promise: Introducing the Armenian ENUM registry.

ENUM is one of the newest technologies aimed at reducing the costs of phone communications by bonding the power of the Internet and the regular phone networks.

The project started in May, 2002 with a joint announcement by ITU and IAB. ENUM allows the seamless multimedia communication using a single universal number connecting everything: the user’s phone, fax, pager, email and any other supporting communication devices.

ARMINCO acts as the maintainer of the part of ENUM that is responsible to Armenian numbering plans.
